Swisse Wellness is pleased to announce their newest Health and Happiness ambassador, Captain of Melbourne Vixens Netball Team and Australian Netballer, Bianca Chatfield.

Bianca will represent Swisse in the lead up to the 2015 Netball World Cup and will be involved in various Swisse activations in conjunction with the tournament beginning August 7, in Sydney. “This collaboration between Bianca Chatfield and Swisse makes a perfect brand fit for both parties, with Bianca being a well-known advocate for a positive attitude, healthy lifestyle and lover of all things fitness and wellness,” says Michael Howard,

Swisse’s Director of Sales and Marketing. ”We’re all so excited to have her on board the Swisse ambassador team”. At 18 years of age, Bianca became one of the youngest ever netballers to play for her country with the Australian Diamonds, and has since made a name for herself on the court as one of the toughest defenders in the country, and one of the most respected leaders in women’s sport. Bianca is a Commonwealth Games Gold and

Silver Medallist, World Champion, and has played over 240 games for the Melbourne Phoenix and Melbourne Vixens, as Captain of the club for several years and winning 6 premierships to date.

This collaboration also strengthens Swisse’s support of Australian Netball, after the announcement last year that The Celebrate Life Foundation (Swisse’s philanthropic arm) would be the official charity partner of Netball Australia and the Australian Diamonds.

“I’m thrilled to be joining with such an iconic Australian wellness brand, particularly because I’m a true advocate of a healthy lifestyle,” says Chatfield. “I’m constantly looking for ways to share my personal experiences through mentoring others, and I see Swisse and their collaboration with such great initiatives, as the ideal platform to do so.”

Bianca will officially kick-off her ambassadorship duties on May 16th, as a Swisse guest speaker at the Wanderlust 108 one-day “mindfulness triathlon” at the Catani Gardens in St Kilda. For more information see Visit Victoria.
