    Berry breakfast bowl of champions

    They say breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Why not consider starting off the morning with a wellness bowl?


    For the bowl:

    • A handful of frozen berry mix
    • 1 banana, frozen
    • 3-4 tbsp rolled oats
    • ⅔ cups cow’s, almond or soy milk
    • Optional: 1 sachet Swisse Ultivite Men’s Multivitamin + Superfood Blend or Swisse Ultivite Women's Multivitamin + Superfood Blend, mixed in 60ml (3 tablespoons) of water
    • 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)

    For the garnish:

    • Shredded or flaked coconut for garnishing
    • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
    • 1 tablespoon nuts of your choice
    • ½ kiwifruit or other sliced fruit to top


    • Throw all the bowl ingredients into the blender and blend until thick and smooth
    • Pour into your bowl and top with the garnish ingredients.
