More than the latest superfoods, fitness crazes and meditation retreats held in exotic locations, wellness by definition is ‘a state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.’ As we launch the 2018 Swisse Wellness Survey, we asked our own team to share their thoughts on what wellness means to them. Responses were as unique and inspiring as the individual.
“To me wellness is about finding balance across all areas of my life.”

What do Australians think about wellness?
Results of the 2018 Swisse Wellness Survey showed a strong connection between a holistic approach to wellness and a healthier and happier you. You told us you want to:
